How does it work?

RubbishBids helps you compare rubbish removal prices from licensed waste carriers. You post your job for free, add the details and photos, and carriers in your area can send you their bids. You can then choose the offer that works best for you.

Is it free to post a job?

Yes, posting a job on RubbishBids is completely free. You only pay the carrier directly if you accept their offer and they complete the rubbish removal.

Who will contact me?

Only the carrier whose bid you accept will receive your contact details. This helps protect your privacy and avoids random calls from multiple companies.

How many bids can I receive?

You can receive multiple bids from local waste carriers. This helps you compare prices and choose the best option for your job.

Are carriers licensed?

RubbishBids is built around licensed waste carriers. Carriers are expected to provide their waste carrier licence details, and we encourage customers to choose verified or clearly licensed carriers.

What if I don't receive any bids?

Sometimes it may take longer depending on your area, job type, timing, or photos provided. Make sure your job has clear photos, a good description, and the correct postcode. You can also contact support and we'll try to help.

Can I edit or cancel my job?

If your job has not been completed yet, you may be able to update or cancel it from your dashboard. If you need help, contact support with your job details.

Do I pay through RubbishBids?

No. At this stage, payment is handled directly between you and the carrier. RubbishBids helps you find and compare bids, but the final payment is arranged with the carrier.

How does it work for carriers?

RubbishBids sends rubbish removal opportunities to carriers based on their area. You can view available jobs, place bids, and if the customer accepts your bid, you receive their contact details.

Why can't I place a bid?

To place a bid, your carrier profile needs to be completed. Please make sure your business details, service area, postcode, and waste carrier licence information are added.

Why can't I see customer details?

Customer contact details are only shown after the customer accepts your bid. Until then, you can see the job details and submit your offer through RubbishBids.

How do credits work?

Credits are used when you place bids on jobs. New carriers may receive free starting credits, so they can try the platform before making any payment.

How do I get more jobs?

Make sure your postcode and service radius are set correctly. The more accurate your location settings are, the better we can match you with relevant rubbish removal jobs nearby.

Do I need a waste carrier licence?

Yes, carriers should have a valid waste carrier licence to operate legally. Adding your licence details helps build trust with customers and improves your profile quality.

What happens after I win a job?

When a customer accepts your bid, you'll be able to see their contact details. You can then contact them directly to confirm the collection time, access details, and payment method.

Why am I not getting notifications?

Please check that your postcode, service radius, email address, and notification settings are correct. You may also not receive notifications if there are currently no matching jobs in your area.
