Double mattress — slightly stained, needs responsible disposal. First floor, no lift. Mattress is standard size and manageable for two people.

Old 3-seater fabric sofa needs to go before a new one arrives on Saturday. Curbside collection, no access issues. The sofa has been outside overnight so may be slightly damp.
