Loft conversion offcuts — timber, insulation, plasterboard and general construction waste. Items are on the first floor and in the garden. Two-person job recommended.

Bedroom furniture — bed frame, mattress and wardrobe from a first-floor room. No lift. Mattress is double, wardrobe is a standard 3-door. Two people recommended.

Seasonal clear-out — dead plants, old compost, broken garden furniture and general debris. Front and rear garden. Approximately 10–12 bags plus some larger items.

Small office — 6 desks, chairs and filing cabinets. Ground floor, loading bay at the rear. Items include IT equipment that needs responsible disposal.

Garage and loft clearance — combined job. Garage has tools and garden equipment; loft has boxes, old furniture and general household items. Full day job.
