Bedroom furniture — bed frame, mattress and wardrobe from a first-floor room. No lift. Mattress is double, wardrobe is a standard 3-door. Two people recommended.

Super king mattress and matching divan base. Ground floor, wide hallway. Mattress is in poor condition after water damage — needs responsible disposal.

Large pile of grass cuttings and hedge trimmings after a full garden tidy. Rear garden access via side gate, wide enough for a wheelbarrow. Approximately 8–10 bin bags of material.

2-seater sofa and matching armchair, both fabric, ground floor with easy access directly from the street. No stairs involved. Items are ready to go — just need a van and two people.

Medical practice clearance — waiting room furniture, reception desk and storage units. Ground floor, easy access. All items are non-clinical and safe to handle.
