Sofa bed in reasonable condition but no longer needed after a house move. Ground floor, front door opens directly onto the pavement. Happy to help carry if needed.

Double mattress — slightly stained, needs responsible disposal. First floor, no lift. Mattress is standard size and manageable for two people.

Tree surgeon left wood chippings and branches after removing a large oak. Rear garden access, double gate. Chippings are loose — carrier will need to bag or shovel into van.
