Spring garden clear-out — old compost heap, broken pots, dead plants and general garden debris. Side access, no steps. Manageable for one person with a van.

End-of-tenancy clearance needed urgently. Property is empty except for furniture left by the previous tenant. Landlord needs it cleared before new tenants move in on Friday.

Double garage clearance — bikes, garden tools, old furniture and miscellaneous items. Wide double doors, driveway access. Large volume but manageable.

Sofa bed in reasonable condition but no longer needed after a house move. Ground floor, front door opens directly onto the pavement. Happy to help carry if needed.
